The admin reserve the right to alter or cancel membership benefits at any time. The admin will do all in their power to ensure that the services run 24/7, but cannot be held responsible for any loss of service due to maintainance or unforeseen circumstances.

The admin reserve the right to ban or remove any premium member who does not adhear to the site rules. No refund will be made of the signup fees.

If 'Premium Membership' is discontinued at any time, there will be no refund for the remaining period of service previously subscribed for. However, the admin will do their best to phase out the service if the service is to be ended, to ensure users are not left short-changed. By signing up for 'Premium Membership', all users are accepting these terms and conditions.

Premium membership payment is handled by NOCHEX. This is a one-off payment and it requires a manual repayment each year (you will be notified when your membership expires).

6. Competitions/Prize Draws/Promotions

Corsa Sport reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion, competition or prize draw at any time. If an item is unavailable for any reason, a good/service of an equal or lesser will be substituted. We reserve the right to disqualify any member on the grounds of suspected foul-play. Winners will be notified in writing within 30 days of the close date. No cash alternative is available. Goods/services will not be awarded to any club staff or any members of their families. If foul-play is suspected, electronic logs will be made publically available in order to certify the winner has been selected fairly.

All entries or acceptance of prizes constitute the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

7. Tutorials & FAQs

Any advice, in Tutorials or FAQs, is given without any guarantee. CorsaSport will not accept responsibility for any damages that result, either physically or mentally, from the information presented. Many tutorials are designed for use with 'show cars' and may not be road-legal within the UK. As such, CorsaSport does not accept any responsibility for the consequences of performing such modifications.

Any concerns regarding the safety or accuracy of the Tutorials or FAQs should be reported directly to the site administrators.
