me trigger level for me area is 400....we are now on 360!!

anyway do they dig ure road up or wat? i live down a small cul-de sac road which is sort of private.... (and no i aint posh so fook off) i know with telewest/blueyonder that they dig the road up....do they do it with BT?! cheers

I work for them Munch and no they dont, just get sent a modem and some other stuff in the post, then they activate your line for bt broadband and your on.... you dont have to deal with anyone in person from BT

gtf brett lol.... so if its on 360 rite now and increasing a few digits every day then how long will it take to get installed? say it reaches 400 2morrow!! wat happens then!?

Yesh, I work for them and I think this as well, the modem is generally pants and drivers are usless. Thats why a new modem has just come out with new drivers

new modem is called voyager 100, its generally good yea, smaller anyways.

When is your activation date, you should get your modem on the same day or the day after that

Munchie, when you order BTBB you get an activation date and a modem delivery date. You didnt pick BTOpenworld did you?

well I pay £25 a month for a 2 MB connection cant argue with that!!!

not yet but soon will be I am trialing it...

you can get 1MB for £25 at mo though...

installation ca be a little as £50 if you dont require NIC etc.

Thought so... bt's launching 2mb soon... they need a 2mb modem though... were as with blue yonder its the actualy line settings that determin the speed

correct the modems can handle up to 35MB I think I heard...its all about the DOCSIS file you have which is downloaded from server which determines your speed.
