Because you will be 17 and just passed your test and wanting insurance on a group 11 car ... try for a 1.4 sport or something with not to bad insurance... but even on a 1.4 sport your still looking at about 1500+

I also want 5PANKY as my number plate, which im hopefully getting off my dad for xmas.!!!

Should i just rag it round for a couple of years, get my no claims then mod it?

with the 2-3k on insurance you could mod it with that money though?

ragging it round won't get no claims like a boyracer

i agree with sooty insurance is gonna be mad, im 19 and my insurance is over a grand on just a 1.0l! and thats only third party. also, a GSi is group 8 on insurance... the same as a zetec s fiesta, and my mate got quoted 3.5k on his insurance for his zetec , so he had to go on his mums... meaning he aint building up any no claims
