So...
City v Barca
Arsenal v Bayern.
City 7/4, Arsenal 4/1 - nearly 13/1 for the double...

Think City could get something from the home game but think we will struggle tbh. id rather rest players for sunderland in the league :\ we simply cannot fight for 3 trophies with the squad in its current condition and we HAVE to prioritise the domestic comps, esp as we have drawn bayern. itll be difficult to win anythign but the propsect of goign for the double should be all the lure we need to pass on CL this seaon

Barca have just hit top form so it'll be a fascinating. They've never been great defensively, so if City get the ball they could punish them. If they get it

Round of 32 is this Thurs and next.
Dnipro away this week, home next week.
Looks like it'll throw up some good matches with Ajax, Benfica, Dynamo Kiev, Juventus, Lazio, Lyon, Napoli, Porto, Sevilla, Shakhtar & Valencia all involved.
Spurs/Dnipro play the winners of Benfica/PAOK in the last 16.
Hopefully we really go for it!

Juve 7/2. Final at their new ground too so they'll fancy that I reckon.
Spurs 2nd fave's (Not sure I agree) Napoli 3rds and Fiorentina 4ths.
Porto 16s, Benfica 16s & Ajax 28s are all massive odds IMO

Is it
God knows how Spuds can be 2nd favourites ahead of the team who were knocked out of CL with an almost record points tally :\

Must be due to the 1/4 final draw. You'd expect Spurs to get through against Benfica or PAOK

I think City will run over Barca personally, the only way you can stop City at home is to play like Chelsea did and Barca aren't capable of it.
That being said I hope it's an end to end 5-4 and I don't care less who wins it!

City will have to get the ball off Barcelona before they can start doing their thing

Strange assumption to make.
Chelsea were organised, every single player had a specific role and stuck to it. Barcelona are the polar opposite, the only player that seems to have any sort of parameter placed on him when he plays is Busquets. Everyone else is free to attack or defend as they see fit, including the centre halves.

This is a different Barcelona side, nowhere near as possession based nor do they press with the same energy high up the field like they did under Guardiola or Villanova.
They seem to be starting to find their feet under Martino right enough but City are favourites IMO.

Aye but they are finding their feet under him by going back to their basics. They've battered teams in to submission with patient possession football as of late. Iniesta back in the centre, Messi pushed further forward. Can't wait for it though. Two attacking teams who will go for it.

It won't be 0-0. The fact that Demichelis is playing against the most agile player on the planet tells me there will be goals.
