its a rather silly question cause prices differer throughout the country, thats whats funny.
I'd sugguest looking in the yellow pages or online to see what local bodyshops are near him, ring and get quotes or pop round for a chat. plus the fanny paints hes interested in are pretty expensive and have to come from certain specilist companies i think.

also any mates who have had bodywork done, ask around where they got their stuff sorted at
