Oh and as for wondering if a r5 would beat a pulsar, i am not sure of the exact figure but i belive they are about 230 bhp standard and r5s are 120, so who do you think is gonna win???

I remember my dad and i racing a ERST. Dad had an ST170 and i was in my corsa. Dad cruised past RST and i just sat on his bumper and he couldnt shake me off. It was knackered and throwing out shit loads of heavy blue smoke on gear change.

Yeah it just puts lots more strain on the drivetrain with big alloys, I think they look tough as fcuk. And very expensive to run and tune and fix!

looks like a bit of meshing in front but can you imagine all the stones that'll get stuck in the intercooler if he didnt have it

Yeah thats why they had the intercooler on top of the engine originally coz the japs designed it for rallying and didn't want stones going thru the intercooler! Hence the sparrow slicer bonnet vent to get air to the intercooler which normally sits on top of the engine and just soaks all the engine heat into it, which is why a huge FMIC like that does these cars the world of good, again v expensive tho!
