Ok people, need your help if you dont mind. As part of my degree, I'm doin a study into how people would change their working environments to make them more luxurious. This can be anything from getting a coffee machine to having your own office...
Just one or two suggestions for improvements is enough from each person, the more replies the better. Thanks in advance... Ash

i would like an ulitmate office.
and an aquarium, not a small one though, a hooj one, to take my mind off work.

twin flat panel monitors, climate control, personal assistant (single attractive female who thinks me and the work i do is amazing), vending machine on 'free' in room next door, playing od CDs (my choice) allowed, long lunch hours, better pay, flexi-time, over time at double rate, more feedback and encouragement - like simple thank-yous!, gratitude and more fun!
