i have to re-stress my inexperience in "car noises" as ive not long passed my test.

a few weeks ago i travelled to Edinburgh for a weekend. a few days later my clutch seemed to feel like it was grinding when i was using it! the engine noise also seems to have got a bit louder! is this me being paranoid (just general wear and tear) or is it worth looking further into it?

when first bought in sept it was completely smooth, now it seems like a bit 'grindy' (for want of a better explaination)

please advise
