Does anyone other than Scott off here work for them? Im trying to track a parcel down that i know they have sent out, but i cant get in contact with them by phone (engaged for at least 90 mins) and scott is offline!

I dont think anyone else works for them off here, I'm not sure if Scott is the only person who does ctually work there.
No doubt someone with more knowledge will know

yeah i got through a minute ago, he;s chasing up the delivery for me. Im not complaing about illusion at all, just their delivery people!  the people on the phone were really helpful

ive had alot of dealings from scott and you can trust him,... if he says he will do summin he will. and he has always had spot on deliverys for me and pulled alot of strings! TOP BLOKE! (good prices 2)

i had my exhaust taken off yesterday, so im fitting the rear bumper this weekend if i get time. Front is going on when the arches have been flared and the wheels fitted. skirts being smoothed in, red strip and the arches are being sprayed.

has anybody had stuff from there delivered on a saturday? I dont know which company they use, so i dunno if im gonna waste another whole day sitting here waiting for them. Also, is illusion open on saturdays? Cnat get through to anyone. My bodyshop man broke his foot too, so i cant get the bumper today either, great!

when were they sent out. Business post have an online tracking service. Do you have a consignment number.

they were sent on monday and i dont have a consignment number, I was hoping if they had my address they would be able to track it somehow. Im asuming illusion are closed saturdays cos i rang up a few times to see if i can get the consignment number, but no answer. Im just saying again, i know its not their fault and this isnt a dig at them!
