i would go no less than 40mm matey if ya only getting springs, any lower and your shox will have had it within a couple of months, not good to ride on the bump stops!!!!!, plus lowering springs give you that horrible bouncy bouncy ride cos the standard shox carnt control the rebound

30mm Eibachs unless you want to fcuk up your dampers.

depends whether u have wide or normal arches,a 20-25mm drop with wide arches would look wank
