all the inside of the boot is fucked too, and my front bumper, wings are out of place, the bar across the car in the front is bent, the radiator is fucked and god knows what else in the front.

but i'm only expecting 800quid if that.

some one went into the back of my birds 206 on the m62 last march. Only damaged the rear bumper and drivers rear wing. Insurance paid out-wasn't her fault. The garage bill was £2264 which was stupidly priced as there was not much damage and she got a pay out of £2200.
Langey its a case of show me the money! from what i've read.

Where you getting all this I'm only expecting 800 quid from? Some guy in a Xzara drove into the back of me a few years back when I had a Nova. Completely wrote his car off (because Citroen's fall to bits in car crashes) and did about 300 quids worth of damage to mine. I claimed for whiplash, loss of earnings and all that and got 4 and half grand for it. Just make sure you play on it loads. Keep going the doctors and tell them you keep getting bad pains in your neck, back etc. you'll come out laughing in the end when you get you cheque mate
