Do it yourself i changed my suspension about 3 times now maybe more can do it in like an hour maybe less its simple. just borrow some spring compressors

i had 60mm spring on std shocks for a week,it bounced all over the place,then got the shocks as well and it was much better,but very bone jarring,looked good thou,ive changed them for cobra 40mm kit which is better as i have 17's now

dan - I did em myself with a little help from my dad - thats the whole kit (shocks + springs) - springs on their own should be easier.

springs on there own makes no difference, you have to take it all to bits anyway.
