I got thhis from Chris_UK:
OK. There are 3 bolts on the top of the v-grill under the bonnet right? take 'em off.
now there is a nut and bolt in each arch near the top centre of the arch - directly above the wheel - u can feel it with ur hand - take these off. and carefully pull the arch lining away from the car.
then take the screws out that u can see just further down the arch - u will have to turn ur wheel on full lock to get to them.
after these there are 2 small screws (1 each side) on the corner of the bumper which are screwed up towards the sky - take these out.
and then u will have 3 more plastic plug screws that are right underneath the car - get under and u will see - just pull these out - takes a bit of force.
and thats that, carefully pull the bumper away from the car.
