already got cctv but its only on drive, side and back. i need to get my drive sorted to get my car back on

Oliver please note that the vulcan and the goalkeeper system use two toallty different cannons. the vulcan is made by general electric , the goalkeeper uses a GAU-8A Avenger 30mm cannon. these are two totally different guns. also you do not have a multi barreled BB gun. they cost more than you have

I say get the 17's, I don't like the way the Vectra sits on the 18's, it looks a bit rice. The 17's would be more subtle, the last SRi's look great on the 16's I think 17's with a lower profile would do the trick. Probably give a bit more life to your power steering pump too!! 
Of course if your having some kind of Surface to Pikey weaponry installed you may want to go the whole hog and get tracks fitted?!

some one did 3 of my dads the other day - with a dart - foOKing bastards, then same night some1 nicked all my valve caps and drew down the dise of my car in the dust ( cause it hadnt been washed)
