just downloaded powerpoint off kazaa and when i try to run it it says operation system not configured for this application, how can i configure it so it works?

Was there an install or did you just download the files?
The program has to be installed and registered on the machine to work.

There should be a setup program with it, its not uncommon for things on Kazaa not to work though. Try downloading another.

I would just download a full version of Office 2000 or XP, that will have the correct install.
