I have 1.6 sport and would like to do this..£300 not bad...I can get somebody to fit it very cheap..

Its a git 2 fit, i had the velos plenum on mine, thats mine in vibrio's pic.
I changed mine back 2 standard but still aint sold it yet.
Its a right git 2 fit but make sure ur cam belt is done!
The lad i sold my plenum 2 was gonna get his cam belt done in the new yr but it snapped earlier today after say 39,000 miles!
Change it at 15/20,000 miles with the tensioner at 30/40,000miles if ur running an inlet!
Costs £20 for a belt off vaux and £30 fitting if it aint snapped (£200+ if it has)!
Get ARP rod bolts 2! £150, bargain compared 2 a new block!

39bhp my anus.

Arp bolts are more like £75, not £150. There is no reason that the cam belt will need changing more regulary because of an inlet manifold, unless your driving it harder because it goes faster.

should have said 29. it got around 143hp with the unichip although there was not much peak added. mid ranged improved a lot

I only see 23bhp diff on that graph. Its 2 different engines as well.....
