in dreamweaver how do you set a page to 800x600 res and then set it to 100% so when in the larger browsers it stretches it instead of leaving a big gap ?

i know if you go into behaviours you can set the page size ,but then if you try to preview in a larger window it will leave a big gap .i heard you can set it to 100% and it will resize itself

any ideas
