Well now i was driving down to the post office, and cut through a car park.
Then a women pullled out of a side road and bang there goes the front of my car.
She clams i was going to fast which was bollox.
Help me out on this one surely it was her fault if she came out of a side road onto the main bit ??????

any witnesses?
i was reversed into on a car park, got my frontwing, no damage to the front which she had originally claimed as she said i went into her.
she had two witnesses saying it was my fault
got a 50:50 out of it. best i could get my solicitors said. damage counted in my favour but two witnesses against me
fuckers probably biased cus it was a modded car

she was pulling out from a minor to a major, so it his her fault. This is the law, and plus she contacted you on the front meaning she didnt leave enough time to pull out = her fault.
had the same case with my nova, the bloke tried to say i was going to fast, the police said bollox, you should have been looking anyway. they back me up and he paid for my car

Should ahve called the police staright away if she was disouting it was your fault.
not as bad as having a 70yr old woman get out of her car and start having a go at you cos she rammed you and is now trying tot ake you to court with no witnesses especially as it is coming up to xmas

dont matter how fast u were going, if she pulled out onto a main road from a minor road without looking then its her fault = u win the claim
i remember 2 years ago i was in a underground car park, this girl came ripping round a corner, going down a 1 way route the wrong way, t-boned me, then had the cheek to get out and blame me! what a slag
i won anyway, the car park attendends came out and said they saw it + she t-boned me hense it was her fault and she was going down a 1 way route the wrong way, how dumb are some girls!
