It's unsold, but you can contact the highest bidder to offer the goods if you want to sell to them.

that happened to me when i was highest bidder at end of sale, but because reserve was not met, then he didnt sell, and i also sent him an email to ask how much he'd sell for, but didnt get back to me, wanker

I won a printer once because I'd proxied to 100.02 - it sat at 80 quid until the last minute when he dived in at 100 quid and lost to me for 2 pence. That'd be annoying I reckon
