Especially people that drive on sidelights and front fogs. They must be saying "I've got front foglights". BMWs seem the worse for this but, there again they do own the road so it would probably not be illegal for them to use foglights like this. It's a fine of up to £1000 for the rest of us.

I find that Saxo and BMW drivers are the worst for this. And the Police in their Focus's. It really annoys me, they deserve all the fines they get
