it needs to be on the passenger side coz i need to earth my invertor and that needs to be near the glove box

just an earth anywhere.
undo a bolt like seat bolt or rear light bolt ruff up edges with emery paper for a good electrical contact tha put wire round bolt with the right sized end pice and bolt it up job done

just make sure when u ruff up the edges it is bare metal where the wire touches the car m8

There's a gromit behind the glovebox, run a wire through there to the earth on the battery.
