what you lot recon? they arent 100% perfect but ive never used vinyl before

cheers fella, doesnt half make a difference to sound those alpines over the kenwood ones i had in there, they are running off the headunit tempory until i wire them upto the amp, darkness killed play today.

How long they take you to knock up? What did you use to make them? just fibreglass and filler, or MDF too? Got any work in progress pics?

here you go, work in progress pic

made some mdf rings, screwed blocks onto the door bin, screwed the ring onto the blocks and door bin, then covered the outsicde of the ring with body repair mesh, then fibreglassed over the top then smoothed with filler.

took me longer to cover them than it did to make them, lol. probas about 3 hours to make both sides then about 5 to cover them
