I play hockey so i would say(somewhat biasly)that its the roughest sport i've played and i love it, even though its attributed to a serious bone defect in my legs.

jui jitsu my sensai got stabbed in the shoulder during our brown belt gradings as purples and above grade with live weapons rather than plastic ones

other than that pretty tame though

MMA like ultimate fighting is prob the best
