im in court on the 23rd for going through red light last year 
the only reason why i denied it and decided to go thru court is because i will end up with 6 points cos of my earlier 3 points for speeding.
2 police guys saw me drive thru it,but they have no proof of it and from where they were on the road they cudnt see my lights and there light was not next to go on green.
do u think i have a chance of getting away with it. afterall the cops have told me with my recent problems that u need proof and one word against another is not enough.

Lee get legal representation mate and discuss with them, if you cant afford a solicitor use the duty one its better then representing yourself.

oh yeah, forgot to mention i have a solicitor for this case. i cant really see how they can punish me when ther is no evidence. it is exactly the same as my car being vandalised. i saw him chuck a brick at my car but had no evidence.
am i right in thinking this is the same?

Yesh thats how i was went court within 2 years only had 6 points avalible to take and i got work to write me a letter to say i need my license to keep my job so i was VERY luck and only got 4, CD10 - due care and attention!
In my time...haha I have also run a red light,gone round mini round about wrong way and police saw me both times. I got away with it 'have u been in trouble b4' i said no hahaha! But should really be ban if i got the points i should 12 it totals

I was always told that was a bad thing. If it was just 1 cop & you you might have stood a chance.

ur lucky p4ul, but i have a problem with cops round my way. i am very arrogant with them so i always get done for things
well ill just have to wait and see and yes evisu it may be best me to stop driving for a while.

i know its not looking good, but id be pissed off cos of the way they have treated me this week and told me that u need evidence. its just not fair that cops have different rules from what we do
