Anyone fitted one?
Me and my mate just fitted mine with a cd changer too. followed all the instructions and come to turn on and it worked but would not open out. only made a couple of beeps instead.

The only thing we didnt do was fit it to the Parking brake sensor which it says you should for safety. but couldnt think of anywhere to find it.
If anyone else has fitted one or know any info. it would be great!

needs the parking sensor fitted to open

i thought ya would have to put it to a possative, but if i remember right, needed to go to an earth

so just put it to an earth, and away ya go

(be ready to close it quickly if ya see the cops)

first thing i did was put it to positive feed. but nothing

Yes the parking sensor definatly needs to be wired directly to ground. If you want to shut it off quicky for cops, mount a switch in the dash

take parking sensor from headunit to switch then from switch to ground

My alpine and clarion screens did the same. I just fixed it onto the negative/earth wire (the black one) and its fine.
