at the moment my car is on standard 165/65/R13`s what difference if any will the 195/45/R15`s make to my car thaks

apart from looking better i hope i hate fat tyres, also where might i get a cheep set of shocks to go with some 60mm springs i have?

Choose wheels with an offset of 45mm

Match your dampers to your springs and don't skimp, ride quality depends on it.
