Is there anyway that you can set it up so that you can view other peoples diarys across a network? If so howd you go about it??

Hi there,


Yeah but you need to be running (or your network) Microsoft Exchange Server, this can then be configure to allow shared calender, folders etc.

If this is running, you can set-up 'public folders' and allow shared access to all users.
