central locking still works but deadlocks are broken. took handle and all the jiblets out yesterday and theres a snapped metal part on the back of the lock which sometimes stops the key from turning.
just wondered if this has happened to anyone else?
also if anyone knows how much it may cost for a new lock (expecting a lot!)

it happened 2 me costs 6 quid for parts from vaux fix it yourself in 30mins. ill go get part numbers 4 u if i have em

thanks very much, great help.
got a years full warrenty with the car but i phoned the garage and said it doesn't cover that part, i'm still looking for the warrenty document to see if their talking crap cos their lazy or if i will have to do it myself.
