You need an FTP client...like dreamweaver or just use your internet explorer...

did the package include web hosting? if so you should receive a ftp username & password and you can login into this web space using an ftp and upload your website.
if you only bought the domain, you will have to sign up for hosting from another company and tranfser the DNS settings on your domain at 123domannames.co.uk to point to the new company you choose to host your site.
you can get more details for the company if you need.

how much did you pay for it? and as mestonian said if you bought hosting with it you should recieve ftp details...

I have got dreamweaver. I have internet space with btinternet. So what you are saying is i could transfer the DNS settings to take it to the space i have brought.

basically you need a ftp program, loads have been listed above, and you need to find the ftp settings for your webspace.

Well.. no much, lol, they all do more or less the same thing.
Just user prefence I suppose, ive always used Cute... Theyre all pretty similar though.
