I think he is stupid. I mean, do you think his site just happened to sound like Microsoft by accident? He had it coming. Going by Microsoft's past, what they hell did he think was going to happen?

He said they could have it for $10,000 or something.
By doing that he shot himself in the foot, as in the eyes of domain name arbitrators offering to sell for profit to the other party is basically admitting that you bought it to make money and not for legitimate use.

Fair enough it may well be worth $10000... odd as it seems, but offering to sell looks bad in domain disputes.
C'mon it's obvious he chose mikerowesoft.com because it sounded like the biggest software company in the world.
