What does GPRS mean?
I've swoped the sim cards in my phones and now my old one keep GPRS up on the screen. Also the lights are staying on

Its used for WAP and the like, uses an always on data connection that just charges you for data transfer not time.

It's still staying on. Hmm....
I've just registered the sim card so i dunno wots goin on. I put the old sim in my new Nokia 7250i and that works fine.

old sim mite not be gprs activated. ive got the same fone as u and there is allways a little g in the top left hand corner. only used when browsing net (if its set up to use GPRS) or when sending multmidea msgs
