Hello people, before you say it, no this isnt a contest between which model is better, this is my slight dilema.

Well at the moment i have this corsa b:

I have been looking at some next cars and realised it would be stupid to buy a rapidly quick car as im only 18 and more sensible to buy a more tamer car , this is what i have been looking at, ie the new corsa C sxi.

My dilema is, i cannot decide what to do, i want to keep my car and do it up but i would like a new car with things like Power steering, electrics and some reliability.
I would like to do something like this: (not exactly this but you get my drift, i hope)

After all that speil what do you people think to this idea, please forget about the time constraints i would just like to know what people think.

thanks for reading

just get a good car to drive etc which is reliable, no point in putting on big kits, lowering etc that will probably fall off or get damaged etc, it would cost you a bomb to keep a modified car on the road

or just keep the corsa for a bit longer till your NCB is up and you got more money in your pocket and buy a decent next car

Mind you keeping the car will tempt you to mod it

I used to have a corsa b sxi at the age of 17 but i was stupid enough to write it off. I was luckily enough to have the money to get a new corsa c sxi.

I was in the same position as you.
If you want a new car with all the electrics ect and dont want to modify the car get a c.
If you want to modify the car a bit get a newish b sxi for £3000ish and modify it a bit save the money for a c sri when your about 22-23. I sometimes wish i done that cause i cant afford to modify my car. But eventually i want to make my car a bit of a sri lookalike and in a couple of years get a 1.8 mx5 for cheap money for the weekend and give it to the misses on weekdays
