I was going to look on the Auto trader.ie and look both down south and here in NI for the cheapest Subaru Turbo (not written off obviously) somebody else try for their local area and see what you come up with.

My brothers work has just finished repairing a 22B, amazingly expensive parts! Fast as buggery though, do they have a really short ratio box because it was only doing 100mph in 5th at 5k but sets off like shit of a chrome shovel.

my mate got his 2000uk model for 6k, that was tunned to 269bhp and came with full sti interior, was and still is mint
