over the last few week I have been wakening up with a stiff back! i have been to the doctors but they just gave me pain killers, but no help. Any 1 no any ways I can sort this out?

na really i have that sumtimes....usually due to me sleeping in the wrong position of in a funny way!

yea thats what the doctor said "what position u sleep in" how do i know i am a sleep!

what about wearing one of those back support belts to lessen the pressure put on the back

m8 just reading that site, "Tightness in the back, neck, arms and legs is most often due to changes in the muscles"
i am doing more weights, that why happen the same week i started 2 do it more regularly

when i started work in the factory i work in now, it involved a lot of lifting and moving around so i had tightness in arms, neck, back (and legs coz of standing up most of the day) i use one of those belts now n it really helps when lifting stuff

Sounds like u've pulled a muscle or 2 mate, did the doc give u anti-inflamatories??? if not then thats the way 4ward!!
