i do bout 8 hours in the gym a week...and around another 6 on the feild( cv and skills eg short sprints)
i do approximatley 2 hours a day of my job training children to play rugby which involves joining in and yet more running

The plan was to go to the gym every Tuesday, Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday......45-ish minutes cardio, followed by 30-45 minutes low-intensity weights, each session. Used to do kung-fu/kick-boxing, wouldn't mind starting that again once I get a bit more "fit".
Well, that's the plan, I just don't stick to it very well at the moment, been far too busy with work and the new house!

i try to go to the gym about 3/4 times a weel. play badminton and swimming or football on tuesday nights.
when i go gym, i normally run for 30 mins (5kilometres) then 30 mins on weights

Do a lot of CV and weight training... also do jujitsu and kickboxing and football training every week on wenesdays and sunday normally we have a match!
Aims quite cut up at the moment to maintain and define more with out puttin on any weight!
