Got my 6*9's connected to my stereo in my room and today i was moving one of them off my wardrobe and i dropped the c*nt......
As you can guess it aint in its prime anymore!
The problem with it is that when there is any base it just mumbles. If you put your finger next to it you cant feel any vibrations like normal. So i think the part that goes up and down when there is alot of base had broke or some part become disconnected.
Anyone any ideas how i can fix it or any places that might be able to fix it.
Here is a link to them LINK
EDIT
Well its definatly not producing low tones and just muffles instead. I cant feel any vibrations off of the spider, diaphragm or suspension.
So i reckon that there is no electrical current flowing through the voice coil or that or the poles aint being changed.
The magnet is still working coz my monitors goes all black when i put it near. I cant work out how to open any of it so i cant look to check.
