Wicki wicki wil' wil!!!

Getting some interim ICE sorted this next week or two and so the only thing left for me to do on my car is get something sorted wi the engine, wouldnt mind getting a decent engine in it pref wi turbo, but... (!!!!!!!) not wanting to spend the huge amounts of money required to do a z20let conversion on it.

Anyone got any ideas about what I can do to it?

Its 1.2ness is just gettin me down now. Have to literally push the accelerator through the floor to set off. 18s have killed it completely!!! (Of which one is kerbed now thanks to kerb crawlin wi my girlfriend the other day)

And then not be able to move cause o the weight? hmm no think so.

Courtenay claim to be able to put ANY GM motor in ANY GM car... That being said, I saw a very nice 5.7v8 in the GM factory in America!

yeah definatly, like XTC133 said, more hamsters.

once i was doin 134mph on the dual carageway and i fried a hamster! man i was gutted. a replacement had to come from russia (dwarf russian hamsters you see, as they save weight and give more BHP per tonne)
took 3 weeks to arrive, then about 5 days for the rebuild.

other then that i have had no real problems. keep them topped up and your laughing. now my 1.0L 12v can keep up with scoobies and evos'.

hamters are the way! should only cost around £8.50 for a total system including fitting.

so you want a 2ltr turbo but you dont want to spend much

courtney will charge £3500+ just for an c20xe conversion, it would be even more for a turbo

save your money and buy a calculator

put a 1.4 in there and it will fly. Dont bother with fancy ICE, put some subs and loads of 6x9s in there and it will be MAZIN!
