Is there ant difference between the 2.0l16v and the cavalier GSI, my mate has sourced me an engine from a GSI and it looks like I will be getting it at the end of the week, are they both 156bhp ?, its going into a Corsa Gsi, cheers for any help given

no. its just trim. however the gsi may attract a higer insurance premium with some insurers due to its GSI badge

ah right well I dont suppose it matters can you tell me what the last reg the cavaleir GSI was on mate please I dont really care what the insurance is as long as the engine is in mint condition which the one my mate has found me is

all they do is grade the corsa to wot the donor car was, but u dont really need to tell them its out of a GSi
