Done a virus scan?

This usually occurs with many cracked downloaded programs which set a registry entry or similar to change some settings upon boot.

U tried Spybot Search and destroy 1.2?

I had a virus that changed the Home Page and Search Page settings on IE every time I rebooted or whatever, think it was called StartPage-W or something, can't remember, took ages to get rid of!
