yeah give him some BAD feedback. Was it an expensive/important item if so it might me worth contacting ebay.

Drew, if you had other bids on the item off other eBayers then you can sent the second highest bidder a Second Chance Offer at there highest bid.

I've had loads of probs like this !!!

Also you can file a non paying bidder report to ebay (i aint got a clue how to do this, but i can find out)

I think if they get 3 non paying bidder reports they get banned.

Contact them by email to find out whats going on
File a non paying bidder report and leave bad feedback
Contact the last highest bidder
Re-list the item

7 days for me

i emailed them saying i will give them till monday for payment as they are legally bound, and if they dont i will report them to ebay

probs be relisting on monday - lol

Sounds fair to me !!! Just a tip, don't leave them Negative Feedback as they can do the same for you; just contack eBay!

I use eBay quite a bit making a small profit. I just e-mail eBay who then sort it out as in the past i have left Neg f,back and then they have done the same for me. You then have the trouble of getting eBay to remove it -- in which case they did for me. You can find the contack info in the Help link on eBay.

Thought i would also say, if you get your account cancelled by eBay, you can then just sign up again. How stupid is this? My mate is a total rip off, he cashes cheques and then doesn't send the goods; think he's now on his forth account.

Drew on the help page just contact ebay for non payment and will see whats happenin...will try and sort it out....

I sent postal orders for goods once and took 15 days to arrive and I had problems with the seller thinkin I wasn't payin..he reported me for none payment..I reported him for none delivery of goods etc....but in the end was down to the post office...

The non paying bidder bollocks takes a few weeks, but woth it as you'll have the fee refunded.
