How easy is this to do and what is needed to be done the the glove box......
Thinking about putting mine in there as I dont use it at home.
Also how do you make it work power wise??

powerwise i htink you will need a transformer to make 12V into 240V so it will work. for the glovebox i would imagine you will need to drill goles in the back so you can get the wires through.

the converters are £30 from halfords or maplin but i cant help u with the glove box!!!!!!

can put it any were realy just plugs into the cig lighter or u can cut that off and wire it into the batt with a swich

idaz, depends on what wire are need to be in the glove box?
i recon you will get away wiv a slit in the back of the GB about 2cm by 5cm

i've done it, if you take the glovebox out you'll see the bottom of it isnt square, theres a kinda rectangle thats tapered down, you'll see what i mean, cut all this shape out leaving an edge to retain strength and thats it, it just slides in, the cutout allows for wires and plety of cooling.

sorry mate dont have any pic, i use an alpine hu, any new alpine hu has the ability to run a ps2 as long as u dont use a changer too, unless u get an alpine flip out screen version.

So any alpine flip out screen will wprk fine then?? Can you get them with CD facilities in them and how much we talking??
Does anyone have any pics of PS2's in a Corsa C etc....??

alpine with flipout and cd facilities are any thing from about £700 up to about £3000

My old Corsa C
I 6 disc changer in the boot & the 12v-240v convertor was in the center of the dash (behind the heater controls if you imagine).
PM me for more details if you like (I fiited it all)

my invertor is under the passenger seat, its well out of the way but easy to flick the switch on and off...

i dont store anything, cos i dont have a camera so not much point, i just keep cruise pics etc of it so no real detail, you've seen anything i have to offer! check K17STY's garage for piccies.
