WANK 
I ordered me an upgrade phone via the internet a Nokia 7210 with free camera for £149.99 on pay as you go. When the order was confirmed via the website i am SUPPOSED to have an email confirming my order then another telling me its been despatched. Did i received any DID I FUCK. so i thought id ring the customer services to query my order they told me yesterday that it had been received and was being despatched.
Well the phone was suposed to be delivered today and because i still havent received FUCK ALL ive rang customer services to find out that the phones out of fucking stock and that has pissed me fucking off has ive paid for it and paid for special delivery for it to be delivered today and still i havent received a fucking email saying fuck all. They told me id have to ring another number to find out when its back in stock rang the number they gave me another number cus they couldnt help me i rang this other number who told me the fucking same who gave me the fucking 1st number i rang in the 1st place.
Just called customer wank services again and made a fucking complaint there finding out when the phones out and finding out why ive received fuck all confirmation bout anything and will phone me back.
I cant even look at any fucking up grade phones now to see if theres another cus o2 r wank i want the samsung p400 now and dont see why i should pay the extra £50 cus theyve fucked me about so much.
ANYWAYS HAD MY FUCKING MOAN BUT STILL WANNA STATE O2 ARE WANK!!!!!!!!!!

3m are using o2 network lines, so if ur on 3m and a o2 customers needs a line u get cut off. tis true o2 are really bad at customer services, i only stay with them on pay as you go cos of the free texts. if i have a problem with a sim card i just throw it in the bin and put another one in, good thing i got a few free from them.

and i got my T610 form t-mobile on contract just cos the phone was free, got to try and cancel that at some point.

o2 have to now put my money back into my account cause theyve stopped fucking selling the phone as an upgrade because tis to popular so i cant even have a phone now.
Im really pissed off now what a bunch of arseholes!

I had the same problem when placing an order with them for a o2 x1 camera phone, didnt come then decided to say it had sold out, ta for contacting me and telling me, so ended up going to the shop
