Opinions please as i have been offered an H plate minter - thats had quite a bit of work done on the engine for peanuts

what work has been done on the engine?

they rot like fuk round the rear & side window seals

engines are bullet proof, brakes are shite

but cheap as chips as you say

I like them. I think there was a limited edition with a high torque version of the same engine. I also heard of a Fensport turbo conversion one somewhere in Ireland that had over 200bhp.

Granted they are old and very dated but as Gambit said the engines are bullitproof.
