right, am i right in thinking, if i have 2x 600rms subs, and i run a 1200rms mono amp. and have the subs in a daisy chain, will it work or will it blow them up??
or should i have one set of wires from the amp to one sub then a different set from the same terminal to the other sub??
both subs are dual 4 ohm, 2ohm or 8 ohm operational.
so what sorta amp or amps will i be looking for??
and also will i need to upgrade the alternator and battry?? and get a cap or aything like that??
cheers guys

Depending on thickness of speaker cable, if its quite thick then just run it from the amp to one sub then from that sub to the other.
Make sure the coils of the subs are wired in parallel so when they are connected to the amp in parallel it will show a 1 ohm load.
If you dont have thick enough speaker cable then run each sub a set of cables to the amp.
You are gonna be looking for a monoblock that runs at 1200rms at 1 ohm stable.
For something like this you would defo want an uprated battery or alternator if possible.

With speaker cable there are two wires in it as you should know. Just the negative and positive, just keep to the diagrams that are around, if you need one u2u me.
