classic car insurance is a whole lot cheaper.
as marc is a trainee mechaninc aswell
he can restore it get cheap insurance and have a car thall waste neddy boyracers and mummys boys

my m8 has a mk1 fiesta xr2 thats he's been doing up for about 6years would be a beast if he ever finishes it, has deep dish chrome rims and wide arch.....

I used to race a similar car, a Mk1 Supersport.
1.7, 175bhp on 45 Weber's, 670kg's.
The Mk1 XR 2's were good in their day and p1ss easy to tune too.
You'll be lucky to find a decent one these days though.

Take a good look at the area around where crap will get thrown up from the front wheels too, thet tend to rot there too.
