Just got back from uni.
It took me 6.5 hrs to do a 30 min journey cos sum1 overturned a crane.
Any1 else stuck?
I turned my engine off and it wouldnt re start again!!!!
Luckily after 45 mins in the snow the aa man who had come out to fix another girls car jumped mine for me.
I saw dannycorsa c's old corsa in the queue as well.

i wasn't stuck as i didn't go on the M62
how can sum1 overturn a crane? they're well heavy rnt they?

Exactly!!!
The whole of one carriageway was completely closed (and still is now) and half of the other side was too!!

Its not down to me what radio station we have on. Besides i'm half the age of everyone i work with. With the exception of a few freaks that are my age and do want radio2 on NOT ME however!!

Luckily, I get on the M62 at J20, and head west towards Manchester to come home......so wasn't affected by it.
Traffic was a bit heavier, understandably, getting on the M62, but once on it, it was fine...

The guy who was driving the crain was air-lifted to hospital & is described as being in a critical state.
was on local news before, looks like the crane smashed through the cab roof, as was completely crushed!
