Right, i may soon be selling my V6 Vectra.. Thing is as i have a house and am only 19 i have to "Downgrade" rather than "upgrade" so i'm looking at trading it in to network Q and buying a Corsa C 1.4 16Valve... My previous car before the Vectra was a corsa sport and i found that very nippy.. Just wanted to get opinions on the new corsa C? Are they much better than the B model or will i find it pretty much the same? Cheers

i wouldn't buy a c if i was you to many things go wrong with them and they won't give you much for the vectra.i was in the same boat as you i had 99t 2.5 gsi vectra and they would only give me £5500 on a trade in against a £9000 corsa.so told them where to stick it

Agree. I will not be buying an other Vauxhall again. Although I do like my neighbours New Vectra 2.2 SRi.

Vectra engines are bullet proof mate my mate has the same car as me and has done 50K of hammering in the cold as well and has had 0 problems up to now... its a 70K car that runs like new bullet proof... Most vauxhalls i have been in / drove are sh*t but the V6 Vectra is something else!

I am trying to sell my 1.4sri at the moment and i'll definitley be glad to see the back of it. It's in the vauxhall garage now having suspension bushes replaced and some work to the steering rack under it's warranty, it's less than two years old and this is the second time in a year it's had to go in for work doing!
