i can't get out of bed at a time in between the main numbers on a clock. eg. if i wake up at 8.03 i will wait till 8.05 .... if i miss that it will be 8.10

I have the most annoying habbit in the world of analysing everything that's going on around me to the last detail.
I am learning not to count the number of books in the library any more or the number of steps I am making every time I get out of the house.....

I walk in the kitchen and look in teh fridge EVERYTIME even if i just walked out and back in

I have a swig of milk evry time i go in the kitchen
