couriers best bet, but expect around £25 mark

i recon more than £25. they will do it on volume on a box that size, i recon near on £60

parcelforce do it by the weight, or something.

start googling for websites, make sure you know how much it all weighs and you will get a rough/exact quote

25kg maybe, they will defo ask you the parcel size too. i can guarentee they will charge you for volumetric weight, not actual weight. this will work out a lot more. i had loads of hassle trying o send a bumper

Working for a courier company i can tell you that something like seats and suspension wont be cheap.

They are both very heavy, the susp may not be too bad but the seats you will pay quite hefty surcharges due to the volume size of them.

Its no good asking peeps as each time it will be different depending on weight/volume/destination
