Just bought a set from SBD, they arrive tomoz, Miles and Andy seemed to reccomend them, cheers guys, just wanna know do they ever need changing or is that it now, they will never break up or need replacing

No idea to be honest, i dont plan on changing mine after the £100 hit! They are easy to put the 2 halves together if you stick the small bit in the freezer and big part in the oven.

thats a good tip miles thank you i will tell my mechanic thats what ya have to do, does it come with an improved tensioner too, i just ordered the dam things knowing i would be stupid not to, lol
